Ladies Day at Synod will be Friday, August 7th, 2009
The women of Ryder Church are hosting a day of special events for the ladies. We will be leaving from the parking lot of the hotel used by the majority of those who attend, and will have rides for those who need them.
There will be a family friendly play at Barter Theatre's Stage II at 10:00 a.m., followed by a luncheon in the East Parlor at the Martha Washington Hotel & Spa. Karen Pine, PMU Missions Assistant, will be bringing a devotional after the lunch. The last stop will be the Virginia Highlands Festival. The brochure available for download provides additional information regarding these events.
The theatre tickets and the cost of the luncheon will be taken care of by the women of Ryder Church but you must register by July 1st in order to guarantee your reservation. After that date, we will make every effort to accomodate you but may not be able to do so. You may wish to bring money for shopping at the Virginia Highlands Festival.
